Individual Counseling & Therapeutic Support
Individual counseling focuses on helping clients explore personal challenges, develop coping strategies, and work toward emotional and behavioral goals in a supportive, confidential setting.
Services may include therapeutic skill-building, collaborative care planning, and coordination with external supports when clinically appropriate and with client consent.
Counseling & Educational Support Areas
The King’s Table Behavioral Health provides individual and group counseling services that may address the following areas, depending on clinical appropriateness and client needs:
Domestic-violence–informed counseling and recovery support
Anger management counseling
Substance use counseling and psychoeducation
Healthy relationships and boundaries counseling
Parenting support and family counseling
Individual counseling addressing sexual behavior concerns (offered on a limited, referral-only basis)
Human trafficking survivors
Trauma focused care
All services are provided as psychotherapy or counseling services and are not offered as certified, court-mandated, or facility-based programs unless explicitly stated through separate agreements.
Enhanced outpatient counseling services provide individualized and group psychotherapy for clients seeking additional therapeutic support related to addiction recovery, trauma, and emotional regulation. Services are delivered through regularly scheduled counseling sessions and may include evidence-based interventions tailored to client needs.
These services are offered as outpatient counseling and are not provided as a structured day program, intensive outpatient program (IOP), or facility-based treatment.
